Shipping/Membership Policy
Once order received, products will be shipped within 2 days and then delivered within 5 to 7 working days
Cancellation Policy
You as a customer can cancel your order anytime up to the cut-off time (24 hours from the time slot in which you have placed an order) by calling our customer service. In such a case we will refund any payments already made by you for the order.
Return Policy
Product can be returned within 7 days after receipt of order. Products that contain batteries can only be returned if the customer includes a fresh sealed battery in the return package. To place a return request, please write an email to bem@kvah.in
Refund Policy
Once cancelled or order returned, refund will be processed in the original mode of payment, which will be credited within 7 to 10 working days
Warranty
WARRANTY: All products are QC tested. BEM offers standard warranty of 15 days from the time of delivery against manufacturing defects only. Reimbursement or replacement will be done based on Failure Analysis.
What voids warranty: If the product is subject to misuse, operation beyond specifications, tampering, static discharge, accident, water or fire damage, use of chemicals & soldered or altered in any way.
